Annual Business Meeting
Annual business meetings of the Association will be held at the annual conventions of AAASS. The agenda of each business meeting will be sent to the NAABS membership by e-mail or regular mail at least one month prior to the meeting.
Minutes of the annual business meeting will be distributed to the membership via e-mail no more than two weeks after the date of the meeting and will be published in the next issue of the NAABS newsletter.
For 2009: The annual business meeting will take place from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm on Saturday, November 14, at the 41st AAASS National Convention, November 12-15, 2009, Boston, Massachusetts (Marriott Copley Place). Note: This preliminary information may change. Check the notice board at the convention for the latest information.
Important Note: Attendees and participants of the NAABS Annual Business Meeting should meet by the notice board at the conference registration area at 5:00 pm. We will then go to the meeting room from there. If you arrive late, check at the registration desk (and/or the message board) for meeting location information.
