Organizational Affiliations

The North American Association for Belarusian Studies is an affiliate of the American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies (AAASS), and the International Association of Belarusianists (IAB/MAB).

(Membership in NAABS does not, however, include membership in these other two organizations.)

NAABS will also coordinate its activities with similar organizations both in North America and abroad. These affiliations will also work with the Belarusan Institute of Arts and Sciences (BINiM), the Association of Teachers of Slavic and East European Languages (AATSEEL), and the Association for the Study of Nationalities (ASN).
